The incident occurred during a practice session at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California, just two weeks before the AMA Pro Motocross season began. Despite the initial concern over his injuries, Miller's helmet proved to be effective, preventing a concussion. However, the crash had a lasting impact on his body, particularly his right shoulder and arm, which are still not fully recovered. Despite the lingering effects, Miller made a triumphant return to the track at the Pro Nationals at Spring Creek MX Park in Millville, a track where he has had some of his best rides as a pro. The Rochester native, who moved from Texas to southern Georgia, finished 23rd overall in the 40-rider 250 Class field on Saturday. He will continue his racing career with the support of MX6 Racing, the team he joined a year ago.
